Equinox is a digital marketplace for reselling software licenses. We connect sellers of unused software licenses with buyers seeking affordable solutions.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities under your account.

4. License Sales

Sellers warrant that they have the legal right to sell the licenses they list. All licenses are sold "as-is" unless otherwise specified.

5. Prohibited Activities

Selling counterfeit or illegally obtained licenses
Engaging in fraudulent transactions
Attempting to reverse-engineer or hack our platform
Violating any applicable laws or regulations

Privacy Policy

1. Data Collection

We collect minimal personal information necessary for transaction processing, including email addresses and payment information processed through third-party providers.

2. Data Usage

Your data is used solely for:

Processing your purchases
Providing customer support
Complying with legal obligations

3. Data Protection (GDPR)

Refund Policy

1. General Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final unless the license is proven to be invalid or non-functional.

2. Valid Refund Reasons

License key is invalid or already used
License is not accepted by the software provider
Technical issue preventing activation (confirmed by manufacturer)

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, contact us within 14 days of purchase at support@equinox.io with your order details. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Change of mind after purchase
Licenses that work but user no longer needs them
Requests made after 14 days of purchase

5. French Consumer Rights

Under French consumer law (Code de la consommation), you have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase. This right does not apply to digital goods once downloaded or used.
